If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review your request.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
